Linda Boleski Obituary - Visitation & Funeral Information

Linda Sue Boleski, 60, Lecompton, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at home surrounded by her family. Linda was born in Topeka, on October 1, 1961, the daughter of Arlin and Sharon White Mannschreck. She graduated from Shawnee Heights High School in 1979. Linda married Mark Boleski at Assumption Catholic Church on September 15, 1984. She worked as a speech para in the Perry-Lecompton School District before retiring from Capitol Federal Bank after 14 years of service. Linda lived a full and healthy life. She loved animals, Jazzercise, music and nature. Linda was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend and made everyone in her life feel special. Linda is survived by her husband, Mark; children, Kristen Pohlman (Shaelynne) and Megan Boleski (Arielle); mother, Sharon Mannschreck; siblings, Mike Mannschreck and Lori Asmus (John); siblings-in-law, Harold Boleski, Ellen Dennis (John), Marvin Boleski (Penny), Theresa Howard, Mike Boleski (Jenny) and Wauneta Browne (John); and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Arlin, parents-in-law, Alex and Marjorie Boleski and brother-in-law, Martin Howard. Visitation will be 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, December 16, 2021, at Kevin Brennan Family Funeral Home, 2801 SW Urish Road, Topeka KS 66614. Rosary will be prayed at 9:30 a.m. Friday, December 17, 2021, at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, 312 NE Freeman Avenue, Topeka KS 66616, where Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Inurnment will follow in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
